INGREDIENTS: bulking agents (cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), blue spirulina, melatonin, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

SUGGESTED USE: take 1 tablet about 20 minutes before sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for food.
